MultiPlex offers a range of fitness classes for people ages 18 and older. Our expert instructors will motivate you to live a healthier, happier life through fitness.

 



Aerobic/muscle conditioning:
Make fitness part of your day with this calorie-burning class. Dance and endurance drills combined with muscle conditioning give you a workout that will improve your energy throughout the day. Equipment provided by instructor.

Boot camp:
Boot camp style class gives you an intense cardio workout that will help you sweat away the pounds. Get your heart pumping to the latest hip-hop music while our enthusiastic instructor artfully choreographs moves so you have fun while you work out.

Cardio Power Kickboxing:
Experience a total fitness turnaround with this power kickboxing class. Feel powerful as you work all of your major muscle groups with kicks, jabs, punches, and footwork drills in this high intensity workout.

Senior Fitness :

Flex Resistance:
This new resistance training class is 50 minutes of working every major muscle group in your body using weights.
