Teams
If you have a team that would like to participate in any of our leagues please contact us immediately with any questions. We also have space for you to start your own league or program. Please note that all coaches must submit completed team rosters and carry signed player medical release forms for their teams.
If you have not paid your registration fee by the first game, a $0.00 late fee will be added to your team fee. Referee Fees are $9.00 per team per game. Each team is responsible for paying referee fees at the beginning of the game.
Referee fees are NOT included in league fees.
Individuals
If you would like to register to play on a league, you must find a team to play with, or contact us at 000.000.0000 to find a team with an opening.

All Payment must be made prior to the first game. If not, the first game is forfeited.
